Terms and conditions

The rules that apply when you use this website. Please read them before you write to us.

1. Who runs this website

This website, published at the address where you are reading it, is operated by Solaas Tech S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, sole registration code (CUI) 54888013, trade register number J2026038411001, with its registered office at Str. Prieteniei nr. 7, bl. P, sc. B, et. 2, ap. 26, Constanța, Romania. Contact: stoiana00@gmail.com.

Interlinked, the Cube is a project of the company named above. Throughout this document, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person visiting the site.

2. What this website is, and what it is not

This is an informational website about a project that is being prepared. It presents the idea, the reasoning behind it, and an invitation to organisations that may want to shape it with us.

It is important to be plain about the limits:

If and when the platform becomes available, it will have its own separate contract, which will be presented to you before you can use it. Those future terms will not be these ones.

3. Using the site

You may read this site, and share links to it, freely. You agree not to:

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, without notice. It is a project site and it will change as the project changes.

4. The concept note

The concept note offered for download describes a project in preparation. It contains statements about what we intend to build, how we intend to validate it, and what we believe the limits of the method are.

Those are intentions and hypotheses, not promises and not results. They may change, and some of them may turn out to be wrong. Nothing in that document should be read as a commercial offer, as investment advice, or as a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Intellectual property

The text, the concept note, the visual design and the other materials published on this site belong to us or are used by us with permission. The name Interlinked, the Cube, and the associated marks, belong to us.

You may quote short extracts for the purposes of comment, criticism, reporting or research, if you say clearly where they came from. Anything beyond that needs our written agreement. Names and marks of other organisations mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are referred to only descriptively.

6. Writing to us

The site invites organisations to get in touch about a possible partnership. When you write to us:

We read every message and we intend to answer, but we cannot guarantee a reply or a deadline for one.

7. Links to other websites

This site may link to websites we do not control, including the pages of public institutions and of research publications. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

8. Availability and warranties

We take reasonable care with what we publish here, but we provide this site as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and in any other case where Romanian law does not allow liability to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under mandatory Romanian consumer law.

10. Your personal data

How we handle personal data is described separately in our privacy notice, and the use of cookies in our cookie notice. Both form part of these terms.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something on this site is not right, please write to us first at stoiana00@gmail.com. We would rather resolve it directly.

If you are a consumer resident in Romania and we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including through the alternative dispute resolution procedure, at anpc.ro.

Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission, at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These routes are open to consumers. Since this site does not sell anything, they will rarely be relevant here, but we list them so that the path is known.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project develops. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and it carries the date below. If we make a change that matters, we will say so on this page.
